Monitor all process KPI performance – and implement strategies on ways to improve
Understand production targets and share with multiple teams
Work very closely with process day shift foreperson
Cost Control – Reagents
Be part of hiring, mentoring, coaching and succession planning
Daily communication with Process maintenance
Be visible in the field and relate with team members 80% of the time
Assist with the evaluation of improvement projects
Employees must comply with state and federal safety and health regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company's environmental compliance policy
Assist in Environmental State and Compliance Inspection
Conduct staff meetings, safety meetings and Pre- Start Meeting when needed. Ensure line-of-progression is determined and acted upon. Ensure training at all levels is being performed
Develop standard operating procedures for Process Operations team
Collaborate with others to effectively implement change management and recognize best practices
Manage performance issues when necessary.
Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development.

3+ years’ work experience as a supervisor or 5-7 years’ experience in Process operations
Proven leadership skills desired
Good computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work directly with others
Strong knowledge of gold processing operations, including crushing, Adsorption Desorption Recovery Plants, and ancillary systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a high-pressure environment
Position based in the United States at the Cripple Creek & Victor Mine, located in Teller County Colorado.
Ability to alter work schedule when required.
Must be able to work at high altitude
Position may be required to travel to and assist other domestic and international sites.

Job Description:
SSR Mining at CC&V is seeking a Process Operations Supervisor for the Process Operations Team to be responsible for the safe operation of the Crushing, and Adsorption Desorption Recovery Plants. The role is accountable for overseeing the scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all plants, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and material required to do the work safely and productively. This individual will lead, supervise, and mentor crew personnel to carry out departmental functions safely, efficiently and according to business plan to achieve optimal operational results.

Working Conditions & Location
For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $86,000 to $116,000 Benefits: 401(k); medical/dental/vision insurance; employee share purchase plan, PTO, STI and LTI.
