Deliver the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.
Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.
Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.
Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
Deliver the production plan to maintain customer service levels.
Demonstrate good communication skill.
Ownership essential. Must be accountable for own work and area.
Supportive within the team.
Understand zonal KPI’s (production targets, waste levels and line performance)

We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude to work as part of a dynamic team. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be given.
Shift Pattern
Monday – Friday 37 hours per week. Two-week rotation: Week 1: 6am-2pm, Week 2: 2pm-10pm
