      This role will be a part of a team that operates automated, high-speed production lines safely, effectively and efficiently. This position will report to a Platform Leader and receive work direction from a Lead Operator on a rotating crew shift.

      In this role, you will:

      • Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment and perform some general warehouse or material handling responsibilities

      • Interact with manufacturing and or packaging equipment to conduct troubleshooting activities and perform basic adjustments and/or repairs

      • Communicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectively

      • Maintain accurate and complete production information including quality, operations performance and waste

      In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

      • Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

      • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate

      • Have 1+ years of continuous work experience

      • Have basic computer knowledge, good math skills, and mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution

      • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

      • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

      • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

      • Have a basic understanding and application of safety policies and practices

      • Use personal protective equipment appropriately and wear PPE while performing tasks

      • Work in environments with high temperatures and industrial noise

      • Use basic hand tools and computers

      • Ascend and descend stairs, ladders and ramps, and lift up to 50 lbs

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of verifiable work experience

      • 3+ years of manufacturing experience

      • 1+ years of experience working in packaging, warehousing, industrial or distribution environment

      • Post-secondary education: College degree or Trade School certification from an accredited institution

      • Experience in a GMP environment for consumer goods
