The primary purpose of this role is to run the production line in the safest highest quality and most efficient and effective way using provided manual handling equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
◼Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements .This includes raising EHS observation cards.
◼Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures and requirements meeting all safety quality and performance guidelines.
◼Role Identifies quality defects and rejects them. Escalate issues to the team leader.
◼Role maintains optimum line performance through out the shift ensuring all equipment is in full working order.
◼Role performs daily and weekly cleaning of the equipment and the area.
◼Role is actively involved in improvement programs and adopting new ways of working.
◼Role train others as required / identified by team leader.
◼Role holder must be able to perform the visual acuity and colour perception tests.
◼Role holder must be able to fulfill physical requirements needed to carry out job related tasks including meeting Performance and Quality requirements.
◼Role requires incumbent to use Manual Handling Equipment. eg FLT/EPT etc.
◼Role supports/acts as Material Handler when required.
◼Role performs other tasks within skillset as required by Team Leader

Education and/or Experience.
-Manufacturing background/experience in Pharmaceutical/food environment would be beneficial.
-Batch processing experience.
-Experience of setting up process equipment.
-Basic fault-finding experience.
