      About the Role Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home? As a remote Process Quality Coordinator in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, we'll train you to manage performance and quality. No automotive experience required! We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and precision to help us provide the best experience possible to our clients and their customers. Have questions before you apply? What You'll Do Manage performance and transaction quality for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management (RVM) groups Make sure required collections documents are accurate and timely Work with team members and Senior Coordinators to verify the reliability and integrity of case information Evaluate transactions for quality and deliver feedback Set up cases to ensure repurchase packets are correct Check that repurchase settlement offers are accurate As assigned, help with case research, resolution and closing What to Expect Morley's RVM team is one of the strongest in the business at handling vehicle buybacks, and has built the processes and relationships to make sure we can do this smoothly.
