- Develop and implement data management plans and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
- Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate comprehensive reports and summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in clinical data management.
- Support the development and maintenance of data management systems and tools.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and tools.
- Participate in project meetings to provide data management insights and updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data management tasks and projects.
- Possess a strong technical skill set in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Have domain expertise in Clinical BPO and Clinical Data Management.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing data management plans.
- Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in conducting data quality audits and validation checks.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in Clinical BPO and Clinical Data Management.
