      PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
      Execute and support on managing loss elimination processes through effective problem solving and process control, to help achieve conventional business, operational objectives and apply PMI's integrated operating system, standards, and policies.

      ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

      - Conduct weekly check-ins to identify gaps and difficulties within the organization and implement appropriate countermeasures accordingly.
      - “Ensure that incoming materials comply with all legal and PMI quality standards and guidelines in accordance with QMS.
      - Ensure that street checks are carried out in a timely manner.
      - Contribute to the definition of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, 90 days and yearly guidelines for conventional lines as part of the definition of the guidelines to be followed and actively participate in the execution of the plan.
      - Provide data with corresponding analysis at DDS meetings and investigate attributed losses.
      - Support the development and improvement of DMS standards.
      - Support on troubleshooting activities using standard problem-solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H, and UPS to resolve chronic problems encountered at the production line level.
      - Participate on the day-to-day Centreline management system and waste elimination processes using standard tools, in accordance with Integrated Operational System (IOS) standards.
      - Ensure the integrity of the data concerning its lines.

      Skills & Competencies:
      - College/University: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanic, Electro-Mechanic and related field
      - Fluency in French, fluency in English is an asset.
      - Computer skills (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
      - Strong ability to analyse data or a given situation.
      - Collaboration with others and communication Skills
      - Curiosity and capacity to quickly absorb new concepts.
