What does a successful Processing Specialist do at FISERV ?
A Chargeback Specialist is responsible for managing and processing chargeback / disputes on behalf of their employer. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work with scheme regulations.
You will handle first Chargeback fraud / Non fraud, Intimation mail to merchants, Recovery & Reversal.
This role is required to manage critical workload for our UK GBS business
What will you do:
Upload documents into portal
Send document status to central team
Handle merchant queries and chargeback intimations
Use Analytical skills to action cases in schemes

What will you need to know:
Full time graduate, Banking background
Understanding of chargeback life cycle.

What would be great to have:
Knowledge of Excel.
