      Role :Processor (Back End Operations)- US Pension & Retirement team

      Work Location :- Coimbatore : Wipro Limited,S.F.No.426/1,426/2and 427/1, Elcot Special Economic Zone, Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk,Coimbatore-641004,Tamil Nadu

      Experience : 0-3.5 YEARS

      CTC: 2.55LPA (16.5k inhand appx)

      Cab Facility : Cab Drop will be provided within hiring zonal areas

      Shift Timing : 5.30pm to 3.30am IST (Only US shift /Mon-Fri)

      Work Model : Work from Office

      Service Agreement- 12Months.

      Education : Only arts and Science except computer bases graduates (2020,2021,2022 - should have Provisional Degree/ Last Semester Mark sheet / Degree certificate)

      Govt ID proof- PAN, Aadhar + VoterID/ DL / Passport

      Immediate Joiners only will be considered (DOJ – 1st week of April)

      Job Role & Responsibilities:

      • The Team Member is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.
      • Consulting Skills, Client Knowledge And Client Service:
      • Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
      • Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion
      • Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated
      • Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/ or exceeded against SLA targets
      • Participates & contributes in daily huddles and status meetings
      • Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements
      • Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence
      • Delivers on new/ adhoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly
      • Seeks and accepts feedback from coaches & mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities
      • Creates/ updates SOP where and when required . Work with other supporting groups to enhance procedures .
