What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve supplier creation requests in Palantir-Foundry
- Update contract records for data accuracy in Ironclad
- Create weekly payment batch report for the US and Canada
- Support the creation and update of policies and SOPs
- Perform various analyses for Procurement and Accounts Payable departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate or Graduate student pursuing a major in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge across multiple systems and corporate processes
- Availability to work 35 hours per week over 5 days during the summer
- Automation skills like Python scripts, Power Automate are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with automation tools and scripts
- Familiarity with AI insights in business intelligence software
