Job Description
- Req#: 4857636
- Assess procurement needs, research suppliers, and finalize bid documents to ensure competitive and strategic sourcing.
- Support the transition to Oracle Fusion, assist with system implementation and training, and provide ongoing user support.
- Manage solicitations, create RFPs, evaluate bid responses, and coordinate contract execution in collaboration with client departments and legal teams.
- Maintain procurement records, monitor vendor performance, and generate reports to track purchasing metrics and identify trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years’ purchasing experience with knowledge of e-Procurement methods and RFP analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a Procurement Analyst, you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment, ensuring efficient procurement processes through careful analysis, compliance, and collaboration. With strong communication skills, you build relationships with vendors, client departments, and legal teams while managing solicitations, contracts, and supplier performance. Your technical proficiency allows you to navigate complex procurement systems, support the transition to Oracle Fusion, and provide training and troubleshooting for end users. Proactive and solutions-focused, you anticipate challenges, streamline operations, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and value.
