The Opportunity This role leads the Local Procurement processes for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and ensure local execution with an annual spend of USD 37 MM Responsibilities Your Impact As MSO Analyst your responsibilities would consist of … Lead local procurement strategies for categories under 100 K USD Guarantee regional strategies implementation according with local priorities Identify local supplier rationalization Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee projects delivery, support required, agreement on terms and processes Partner with vendors and suppliers to generate innovation and productivity Communicate, monitor, and aggressively manage compliance with the sourcing strategy and/or business process Establish close working relationships with other functions to ensure full understanding and support of strategic sourcing perspective to key processes Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies Manage database from MRO category as well implement sourcing alternatives/projects Partner with Productivity department to handle multiple projects simultaneously (operate as project owner) Develop projects with stakeholders for agility (P2P improvement) Perform system tests when needed (system update / enhancement) Lead transformational projects in MRO to support Digital Transformation in Plants Ensure cost reduction gains by leading local productivity projects Local operation and business assurance Support payment process with Accountable Payables Ensure POS Contract compliance Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or correlated Experience At least 3 year’s work experience in a sourcing or procurement position English: intermediate desirable. Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organization, networking and influence Strong Analytical Skills Strong multitasking, project management skills Microsoft Office, Ariba and SAP Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data Skill to identify and take the opportunities Negotiation skills considering TCO analysis Logical Results driven Manage short, medium and long term agreements Proactivity and engagement behavior Problem solving Ability to work in partnership in cross functional teams If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
