What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own contract review for small to medium contracts
- Communicate and partner effectively with internal stakeholders, including business partners and the legal team
- Negotiate with vendors to finalize Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Guide internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies
- Support the onboarding of new vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in procurement or contract management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with procurement processes and policy compliance
- Experience in vendor management and onboarding

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a procurement analyst role
- Knowledge of sourcing for projects under $250K
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
