Job Description
- Req#: R-7359
- Ensure timely and accurate supplier onboarding, maintain direct contact with new suppliers, and archive necessary documents.
- Update and maintain SAP procurement data as needed. Download requested SAP reports for the European UFO team.
- Handle operational inquiries for existing materials.
- Handle inquiries for new materials, conduct checks, and promptly share information with the European UFO Team.
- Handle RFQs from the European Procurement Team. Send out, ensure timely quotes, prepare drafts, and archive documents as needed.
- Support the European UFO Team in supplier feedback, negotiation, challenge on price hikes, and global team communication.
- Working fluency in English
- Previous Procurement Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Competency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

About the role
TMS’s Global community has a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Associate our client team in in India, Gurugram on a permanent basis. As a Procurement Associate, you will be responsible for administrative tasks for procurement activities while maintaining direct contact with the European UFO Team and the tier 2 supplier base. The purpose of this role is to provide maximum support for procurement activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and data accuracy in a timely manner in line with DS Smith processes.
