Job Purpose:
Primary focus of the Contract Specialist is to perform contracting activities and other related activities in timely and accurate manner. The role is also responsible to assure the delivery of services according to defined critical metrics and Service Levels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Contracting activities
• Contract preparation:
1. Contract drafting based on agreed templates. Full terms and conditions or contractual term's negotiation.
2. Contract review and contract content approvals coordination, signature process initiation and monitoring (ink, electronic).
3. Contract archiving in the global standard contract management system.
• Post signature contract management:
4. Contracts search and reporting. Contracts check against defined procedures (e.g. amendments stored accurately).
5. Monitoring and identification of expiring contracts, initiating process for contract extension or driven bidding. Termination strategy definition and contracts termination management.
6. Business support with unsolved delivery issues (partner concern point). Suppliers’ performance review coordination for key local suppliers.
• Other activities
7. Perform consistency checks and corrective actions (e.g. preferred vendors and related contract coverage)
8. Support users with documentation required to submit purchase requests.About the company
