What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise with the Procurement Manager and Account Management to develop bid packages and facilitate RFP activity
- Support supplier audits and ensure compliance with Preferred/Approved Suppliers and contract templates
- Coordinate the preparation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized records and manage the workflow of multiple concurrent sourcing events
- Conduct meetings with internal and external customers professionally, utilizing persuasive communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of two years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
- Knowledge of legal aspects of contract terms and implications, with the ability to prepare amendments
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills and experience in stakeholder relationship management

- Experience in the Commercial Real Estate and/or Facility Management environments
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and find solutions
- Proficiency with e-sourcing and contract management systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
