      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity:

      Current position is Grains MSO as part of the regional Procurement Team and main strategic link between COE Grains and PMF.

      This role will be responsible:

      • Annual Spend = USD ~300 MM
      • PMF (oats, wheat, corn, cornmeal, cornpop, cornflour)
      • Responsible for a dynamic and impactful category in the E2E Supply Chain
      • +10 local suppliers managed

      Your Impact:

      Reporting directly to the LATAM Grains lead, your main responsibilities will be:

      • Execute the strategy for the Grains category bringing the best cost to the area/scope for PMF
      • Compliance: In a challenging environment, function as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to Procurement excellence
      • Lead the Grains agenda and operational projects for PMF. Responsible for achieving the deadline for the timeline, doing the communication with stakeholders, to make sure that we have the responses on time.
      • Contract Management: Implemented the contracts without disruptions and follow the implementation. 100% of compliance with all suppliers.
      • Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites and BUs to leverage our volume, when possible, in a regional or Global level
      • Bring innovation to the category, new models, TCO analyses and a new model driving savings at local market level and delivering savings on a YOY basis
      • Responsible to provide the best alternatives for categories, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc.
      • Build a strong relationship with the internal clients (Manufacturing; Warehouse; Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, Finance, etc.)
      • Open communication with COE Team, also with the MSO to bring and share best practices
      • Work with COE and local Market to define, develop and implement BCP´s for key materials
      • Apply/execute global strategies in local markets.
      • Financial deliverables (AOP, FCST, PRICES)

      Qualifications

      Who Are We Looking For?

      Education

      • Degree in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or Agribusiness

      Experience

      • 4 to 5 years’ experience on Procurement/Sourcing preferred Commodities knowledge
      • Spanish, English
      • Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling
      • Strong organizational, execution and negotiating skills
      • Strong People skills – ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all levels; ability to tactfully give/receive constructive feedback
      • Negotiation skills with high knowledge in Grains market (at least 2 years) and Process change management
      • Highly Collaborative - within Global Procurement and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and team building
