      Grade: C3

      PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

      Responsible for the purchase to pay (P2P) process for the assigned purchase group and act as the custodian for the Procurement CMS. This position is an active supporting commercial role to Finance projects and admin support function to the Asset Committee.

      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

      • Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with two years relevant procurement experience or Grade 12 with four to five years procurement experience
      • MS Office proficient (MS Office systems)
      • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
      • CIPS Level 4 Qualification and CIPS membership will be advantageous

      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      • Executing of purchase to pay process for commodities relevant to purchasing group.
      • Update and maintain the ZOTIF Report for the allocated purchase group.
      • Preparing of relevant monthly BPR reports for Procurement.
      • Transport and logistics requirements.
      • Ensure that all import documents are in order and archived accordingly.
      • Provide Procurement support for projects.
      • Creation of relationships with external vendors and suppliers for goods and services needed to complete a project.
      • Sale of redundant assets and by-products; which includes regular market research for pricing, finding markets, advertising, arranging auctions and reporting status updates.
      • Contract administration and management.
      • Maintain contracts relevant to purchase group in Company software, manage reminders and notifications for renewals, duration and terminations.
      • Any other adhoc duties as required from the position.
