  Talented Project manager manager with skills to drive future Digital agenda in Procurement

  We are seeking a talented Project Manager with an appetite for driving the future of digital transformation in Procurement. In the role of Procurement Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the digital procurement agenda and spearhead the transformation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive digital and IT initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain, ensuring their successful implementation. This role demands an outgoing project manager who can effectively manage stakeholders, deliver projects on time, and maintain a comprehensive oversight of projects from inception to completion.

  About the job

  The procurement S2P Digitalisation team is a part of the Source to Pay department. As a team, we are driving and being involved in various projects related to the Procurement IT landscape ensuring Arla Procurement is on top of the digital agenda.

  In this role specifically, you will:

  • Drive and support projects related to the Source to Pay Digital roadmap and be a key person for success
  • Define projects approach and create solid stakeholder and change management plans
  • Create solutions that continuously optimize the organization’s IT landscape
  • Interact and influence Arla Management from different levels
    

  Who are you?

  As a person you demonstrate a holistic and structured approach when creating solutions. You are flexible and eager to drive changes. You are a self-driven person with positive mindset demonstrating high level of collaboration. Your analytical skills and the ability to deliver in an independent and structured way is a prerequisite. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator in English.

  Furthermore, you:

  • Education at Master’s level in economics or relevant
  • 4 years of experience in leading projects in an international environment
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and build strong commitment
  • Open and passionate communication to engage various stakeholders
  • Source to Pay process and system knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Agile approach as an advantage
