Job description:

Design and support project coordination meetings, events, prepare presentations in support of project needs; Work closely with the project manager/members and the Centre's centralized support functions to identify and resolve issues related to the project.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative management of the project, including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence, and necessary follow-up.
• Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project metrics.
• Develop and maintain project related databases and reports.
• Design and support project coordination meetings, events, prepare presentations in support of project needs.
• Work closely with the project manager/members and the Centre’s centralized support functions to identify and resolve issues related to the project.
• Carry out support tasks around event, training, and meeting organization.
• Communicate, cooperate, and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases and reports.

Required Skillset:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or similar
• Effective communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, willing to work in a hectic environment.
• Ability to provide fast, accurate and complete service to Project Management and Project Leads.
• Ability to solve problems and identify appropriate solutions that will meet realistic business requirements.
