      About the role

      Create purchase orders for materials and services from purchase requisition.

      Analyze purchase requisition and assure inputs are complete in order to proceed purchase order.

      Verify that purchase orders are correct, and they reflect all negotiation aspects including payment term, delivery dates, prices, quantities, attachments.

      Perform daily, weekly PO follow up – control order confirmation with suppliers and ratify terms and shipping dates. Monitor purchase orders for closure.

      You will regularly report open orders after the delivery date, and supplier delivery performance.

      Responsible for solving blocked invoices for discrepancy, Non-commercial complaints.

      Within the scope of the assigned product/ service group, you will update data in system.

      About You

      You have experience in a similar job - an advantage

      Position suitable also to fresh graduate

      Knowledge of English and Italian languages are both on communicative level (B2 and higher)

      Knowledge of MS Excel

      SAP or other MRP system knowledge is an advantage

      Flexible and willing to learn quickly and professionally grow

      You deal with tasks independently and responsibly

      We offer

      Basic salary from 1000 – 1240 EUR and more, depending on experience of candidate

      Variable pay (standard 15%)

      Average salary from 1150 – 1426 EUR monthly
