What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee $150-200M in annual direct spend and manage four direct reports
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize activities and achieve cost savings
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes and quality concerns
- Lead Oracle procurement training and manage procurement reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Excel
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and train internal staff
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined

- Experience in supplier agreement management and vendor relations
- Familiarity with data analytics and forecasting
- Proven ability to create and discuss technical aspects related to products and services
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated people skills
