What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and profit margins
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and brokers
- Collaborate with external growers to strategize supply opportunities
- Engage with Produce Production for sales planning and product procurement
- Track market trends related to pricing and availability while maintaining online sales portals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in produce sales and marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in the produce industry, including knowledge of handling and product quality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows or customer meetings

- Knowledge of the organic food marketplace
- Experience in negotiation and trade
- Motivation to enhance trade knowledge through industry contacts
- Familiarity with general business systems and databases
