      Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer to join our growing team in Columbia, KY !

      The Producer will be responsible for developing and managing F&I products and services for our RV dealership. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and finance institutions to ensure a seamless financing experience while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

      How You Will Contribute:

      • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.

      • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various products to promote sale of vehicle service plan.

      • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss existing service plan coverage.

      • Call on F&I Managers in RV dealerships to explain plans, to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique.

      • Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealer to implement and provide program.

      • Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitable for both the client and the insurer.

      • Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services. To learn new skills and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.

      • Train dealers on sales process and F&I process as needed.

      • Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.

      Licenses and Certifications:

      • License or Designation

      Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

      • Minimum education High school diploma

      • Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (Preferred)

      • Proficient with MS Office Suite

      • Exceptional telephone demeanor

      • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.

      • 1 – 3 years' experience in a similar position
