      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and analyze reporting tools to assess the performance of incentive programs
      - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support decision-making processes
      - Manage the resource center in SharePoint and assist with ad-hoc projects
      - Communicate project status and updates to all impacted parties
      - Identify gaps and recommend process improvements for reporting and analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in data/business analytics, strategic business planning, or managing large data sets
      - 1-3 years of experience in Excel (x lookups) or Access (link tables and write queries)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
