      Greenlight is looking for an amazing Producer, Performance Creative to lead our performance creative initiatives, elevating our creative testing output and methodology for performance marketing.


      This role is for someone who’s fluent in performance content for paid social channels, driven by curiosity, and grounded in analytics and performance learnings. You know how to spot content trends and turn them into high performing creative for our brand. Your creative production and ideation is sharp, with a deep understanding of how to test creative combinations at scale on paid social platforms.


      You’ll lead a small team of designers, UGC content managers, and editors that’s high output and high performing, creating content that converts. You’ll produce and test work with a strong creative POV, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to crafting content that’s true to Greenlight’s brand.

      Your day-to-day:
      • Build, manage, and execute a nuanced, test-result informed performance creative playbook by channel.
      • Develop and produce compelling creative concepts driven by performance metrics.
      • Lead the creative development, strategy, and production for content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
      • Craft distinctive visual styles and narrative approaches that differentiate our brand in crowded social feeds.
      • Skilled Copywriter: Craft concise, compelling ad briefs, scripts, and content tailored to the unique demands of each platform.
      • Performance Analyst: Evaluate creative metrics and consumer behavior to inform strategy adjustments and maximize campaign effectiveness.
      • Data-Informed Decision Maker: Apply analytical insights to transform performance data into targeted, effective creative strategies.
      • Modular iterative approach: Design and execute A/B tests, that produce data-driven insights to continuously iterate on creative output to find winners.
      • Be a strong cross department creative partner working closely with our VPs of brand, and growth to build and execute an analytically driven performance creative testing engine.
      • Leverage AI workflows: A big plus if you know how to leverage AI workflows for you and your team to craft briefs and content that increases and diversifies creative output and testing at scale.


      What you’ll bring to the team:
      • 4-8+ years of creative experience, crafting performance driven creative.
      • Exceptional portfolio showcasing winning ads and scaled creative work for paid social performance channels.
      • You've produced stellar UGC that drives scaled customer acquisition at CAC targets.
      • Strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices and audience behaviors.
      • Background working with or at creative performance agencies.
      • Experience working with editors and creators, from concept through production.
      • Talent for spotting and leveraging social trends and weaving them into performance creative.
      • Strong storytelling instincts across various formats (short-form video, static imagery, etc).
      • Experience mentoring creative talent and fostering a fast paced collaborative creative processes.
      • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics like CTR, CAC, LTV and view metrics to understand what creative and messaging drives success and use this to drive continuous improvement.

      Our stance on salaries:

      Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a performance based incentive bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.


      The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $120,000 - $170,000

      The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $120,000 - $160,000
