What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the onboarding process for new producers and agencies, ensuring compliance with licensing and contracting rules
- Maintain and update producer records, including appointment terminations and complex administrative setups
- Manage state appointment renewal processing, verifying compliance with corporate renewal guidelines
- Analyze data and prepare reports related to producer records and compliance
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve inquiries and compliance issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of regulatory/compliance or insurance licensing/appointment experience
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret compliance documentation and governmental regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of regulatory/compliance or insurance licensing/appointment experience
- Experience in producer records administration and management software
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce
- Experience with LifePRO and/or Compass
- Industry certification(s)
