      We are Fatshark

      We are a critically acclaimed Swedish video game studio with about 190 experienced and skilled developers. We are most well-known for the Warhammer: Vermintide franchise, but have also helped develop a number of AAA titles and we launched the highly anticipated game Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

      We have grown quite a bit over the last few years, but we still embrace the same values that we started with. We want to build the best first person co-op games together, in an approachable, fun and passion-driven way.

      The role

      As a Producer at Fatshark, you will guide the team through all stages of development, focusing on how the team operates to deliver features and content in an efficient and sustainable way. Working alongside the Team Manager, you are also expected to help with fostering team culture, improving our ways of working, collaboration within the team and with other teams, and drive towards continuous improvements and value creation.

      What you'll do

      • Implement the project’s vision and strategic direction within your team
      • Monitor team progress, key deliverables, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery
      • Facilitate team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
      • Assist the team in removing impediments, improving communication and creating a high level of focus
      • Support efficient workflow using tools like Jira and optimize product development processes
      • Ensure adherence to workflow practices and make informed decisions on task prioritization
      • Collaborate with the executive producer, directors, and other producers for effective communication and resource allocation
      • Help with recruitment for your own team and with onboarding new team members

      Required qualifications

      • 3+ years of professional experience in the same or a similar role in the video game industry (Producer, Project Manager, Team Lead)
      • Great understanding of game development processes and team dynamics
      • Strong leadership and organizational skills
      • Excellent communication skills, being able to give and receive constructive feedback

      Bonus qualifications

      • Experience working with live service games
      • Experience with leading a team that shipped at least one AAA game title
      • Experience in a similar role outside of the gaming industry (e.g. IT or entertainment)
      • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies

      Application details

      We have a policy of working 4 days in the office per week, with 1 day optional to work from home. The onboarding is being done fully in the office.
