  The APM Terminals Product Activation team is responsible for taking global products to market, managing in-market products and empowering terminals to do the same for their local products. We use structured, scalable and sustainable frameworks and data analytics. We cultivate a culture that prioritises and makes decision based on customer insights and data. We work closely with product managers and terminal colleagues, with the goal to empower them to go to market. We are inviting an experienced product activation manager to join us in raising the bar and empowering our colleagues to be even more successful.

  We need a product activation manager that is comfortable with creating new scalable solutions for our organization, loves solving problems using process design and who is excited to introduce new ways of working.

  Responsibilities:

  • Activating and rolling out global products, using tested prototypes created by our product managers as starting point
  • Designing key metrics and product analytics
  • Setting and implementing performance management standards
  • Collaborating with terminals, tech and functional counterparts to design and implement structured, scalable and sustainable frameworks and tools around the product lifecycle (including product development, go-to-market strategy, maturity assessments etc.)
  • Owning and managing the global product catalogue
  • Driving the Global Product Community
  • Cultivating a data-driven mindset in the organization

  About You:

  • Solid skills on LEAN tools, working agile, market activation or finance
  • Proven experience translating processes into structured frameworks
  • Ability to conceptualize, handle, and prioritize multiple projects
  • Previous experience with taking ownership and bringing results
  • Previous experience with collaborating with Engineers and Designers to deliver product solutions
  • A good presenter who can communicate to people of varied technical ability
