      Position Overview:

      If you are a confident, poised, self-motivated, analytical problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for data, then this role is for you. Apply to join us in the Data Enablement team in the Single-Family division Data & Decisions department! The Product Analyst Professional will be responsible for performing various tasks across the loan sourcing processes and systems with a focus on data to streamline knowledge across the end-to-end data lifecycle. Key duties include data analysis, data registration, requirements gathering / documentation, stakeholder engagement, and testing.

      Your Impact:

      • Act as an interface between technology and a specific business product.

      • Engage with business partners to identify needs of the users/customers and work with the Product Owner to recommend methods for meeting those needs.

      • Write user stories and acceptance criteria based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities by working directly with both the Product Owner and Delivery team.

      • Ensure all Non-functional and operational requirements are met before new functionality is implemented in a production environment.

      • Complete business validation of all new functionality immediately after production implementation.

      • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the Single Family by scheduling sessions, creating agendas, developing meeting materials, scribing meeting minutes and outlining action items and next steps.

      • Understand data movement and detailed knowledge of upstream/downstream systems and the interaction & dependencies.

      • Ensure deliverables are completed on time with accurate information requiring limited oversight.

      • Interact and communicate effectively with key Business and IT partners at all levels.

      Qualifications:

      • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data enablement related projects

      • College degree or equivalent experience

      • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes

      • Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills

      • Familiarity with Agile concepts and methodologies

      • Working knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Excel, SQL, JSON/XML, Python

      • Understanding of Cloud technology (AWS, Snowflake)

      • Ability to understand Business Requirements, participate in Requirements analysis while considering overall impacts from changes from suppliers or impacts to consumers brought about by change

      • Works under minimal direction. Quick learner of new technologies and tools and able to provide technical guidance to the team and team members.
      • Develop procedures, job aids and knowledge articles to help users better understand how to use systems and execute processes.
      • Proactive in nature with business and partner satisfaction as primary goal with strong presentation, writing and oral communications skills.
      • Cultivate and manage relationships across multiple Single-Family departments, including Operations application or business process
      • Interact and communicate effectively with key business and IT partners at all levels

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
