      Our Impact:

      • The Quality Control/Fraud product team is charged with modernizing our process and tools that support our division goals of managing compliance and operational risk. Our solutions will support dynamic business needs driven by industry/market changes, and legal/conservator requirements.
      • Our Product Delivery Team collaborates with business partners to understand the business and user needs, prioritize and scope releases, and design quality solutions that are simple, connected, and clear.

      Your Impact:

      • Support initiatives to analyze complex business/product problems to be solved with automated systems
      • Identify partners and facilitate discussions or workshops with the purpose of eliciting and understanding needs, requirements, and priorities
      • Develop innovative solution designs to meet identified needs
      • Document product features and user-stories with clear acceptance criteria
      • Work with teammates, including tech leads and architects, to clarify requirements and scope
      • Create Interactive concept prototypes and mockups of the tool/application or features, to help partners and clients to visualize, interact and react prior to actual development, as well as in each stage of development
      • Ensure that technical approaches align with the business/product vision
      • Work with product owner and the team to refine user-stories, assist in prioritization, and plan upcoming development sprints
      • Review developed solutions to ensure desired business outcomes

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree or work equivalent experience and 2+ years of related experience
      • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience participating in stand ups, retrospectives, demos and sprints
      • Gather project requirements and translate them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria based on business driven functionality and technical capabilities
      • Strong analytical and process design skills; ability to define data requirements and integration options
      • Effectively communicate with business personnel to understand existing processes and define future processes
      • Experience collaborating with UX designers to build concept prototypes and mockups to drive development activities
      • Experience working with different collaborators to identify their needs and translate those needs into product capabilities
      • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools; knowledge of program management governance practices to support compliance with change standards
      • SQL experience desired

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
