Sets a results-oriented and clear product vision and communicates ‘the story’ effectively to key partners and the rest of the team
Ensures alignment of product features, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with product vision and in support of Platform teams.
Ensures customer focused design considering user needs & performance, using market & industry knowledge as well as continual analysis, to deliver a scalable product.
Drives sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teams.
Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze user requirements, business processes, and technical specifications to understand project objectives and scope.
Data Analysis: Analyze data sources and datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve business processes.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process workflows, to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer.
College Degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced studies or degrees being preferred.
Candidates should typically have 3-5+ years of experience, Cloud and Gen AI knowledge and experience is preferred.
Proactive candidate with good communication and documentation skill (this person will be building backlog)
Adept at writing user stories and edit acceptance criteria, making sure each story aligns to the feature objective
Experienced in conducting refinement sessions
Capable for being self-directed at work and capable of performing tasks independently with limited guidance
Proactive in engaging with the lead to share findings from his/her analysis and working on next steps
Experienced in collaborating with developers
Experienced in facilitating/completing review and approval process
In-depth understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices. Understanding of scaled agile, (SAFe) release, increments
Exceptional interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
Ability to exert influence and foster a culture of collaborative success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical awareness and leadership abilities
Passion for driving value to customers and excitement for modern cloud platforms

Position Overview:
A hands-on Product Analyst for a portfolio management team responsible for Platform & Infrastructure teams. The candidate will be integral part of the agile development teams, focusing on product management support, responsibilities include but not limited to backlog management, stakeholder engagement and requirements management, communication in a fast-paced environment.
Our Impact:
Portfolio Management team is part of the Platform & Infrastructure organization. Our team drives the roadmap and manages the delivery of the modern infrastructure platforms such as container management platform for cloud-native applications, Gen AI Platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) to support Gen AI applications.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.About the company
