      Product Analyst Intern - Summer 2024

      Program Overview

      We are seeking a full-time intern to join us during Summer 2024 to support McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSAS) business. This intern will work on medium sized projects involving enhancements or initiatives for our pharmaceutical distribution eCommerce products, with a focus on our portal, authentication, and user administration areas. This is a hybrid position, this role requires frequent in-person engagement in our Irving, TX office.

      McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:

      While specific requirements for each role may vary, here are our general requirements:

      • Enrolled as a full-time MBA or MIS student at the time of the internship (2nd year)
      • 18 Years of age
      • Authorized to work in the United States
      • 3.0 GPA
      • Major in a technical, business, or analytics discipline
      • Superior collaboration and communication skills
      • Strong communication, writing and team collaboration skills
      • Direct customer interaction experience (sales support, strategy, operations, etc.)
      • Ability to manage priorities effectively
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio/Miro or other process mapping tools

      Daily Responsibilities:

      • Work with the business and customers to understand operational process gaps and define requirements
      • Oversight of execution of strategic initiatives that involve technical debt, security and regulatory needs, and customer experience improvements
      • Ability to quickly develop understanding of new products/services and drive adoption using data & analytics to support decision making
      • Strong attention to detail – systematic and strategic thinker who can anticipate long term implications and challenges provided necessary context
      • Preferred experience with product management, product marketing, or other related functions

      Location

      Preferred Irving/Dallas area for periodic in person engagement (but primarily remote in daily role)

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $17.33 - $28.88
