Job Description

- 30% Admin: MD scheduling, travel planning, expense management.
- 35%: Plan cross product coordination forums, govern agendas and facilitate to target outcomes/follow-ups to closure, support cross-product strategy development and presentations, lead special product analysis and change management/adoption initiatives, own cross-team discussion forums via Teams collaboration tool
- 35%: Plan executive product team communications calendar, execute communication tactics, draft team/project communications, plan team events, coordinate cross-functional partner engagement initiatives, tracks/reports on key performance indicators and product metrics across product leadership to support D3 business reviews and senior leader meetings
- Special product initiatives for continuous growth and development may include:
- Partners across D3 Product Owners to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
- Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
- Assists in research and data collection
- Lead change management programming to deliver products to clients and or sales/marketing teams and successfully drive adoption
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Understanding of basic analytics tools
- Passion for digital and data and hungry to grow a career in these domains
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized – evidences ability to execute end to end
- Responsive to stakeholders, highly collaborative and energized by working with others
- Honed written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write briefs for initiatives, prepare agendas for efficient meeting outcomes, identify the right resources through communication with key partners, facilitate follow-ups, and frame presentations that tell a story and communicate with impact
