What is Required (Qualifications):

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile development environment

- Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills

- Advanced knowledge of agency service offerings and software
- Product analyst certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification)
- Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
