  Product and Customer Manager

  A bit about the job:

  Aviva Zero is a new greenfield Personal Lines insurer set up to be the best insurer in the market.

  Focused initially on car insurance distributed through price comparison sites, our proposition also helps advance Aviva’s sustainability agenda, and our initial product including a carbon offsetting feature.

  
  As a Product and Customer Manager, you’ll play a key role within the Aviva Zero product team, working closely with a Senior Product Owner and an agile delivery squad to drive forward the implementation of continuous improvement activities, championing commercial and customer-centric initiatives.

  Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK General Insurance market, preferably car insurance.

  • Demonstrate a high learning agility, with a range of expertise across change, operations, digital, product and/or trading, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively within agile delivery teams, problem-solve, with a customer-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail to understand business requirements and articulate them into user stories.

  • Demonstrate an analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
