      Our Vodafone Partner Markets mission is to accelerate our customers' success through our global expertise and scale by:
      - Leveraging Vodafone's innovation, scale and competence to help improve the financial performance of our Partner operators
      - Extending Vodafone’s global footprint allowing a unique international experience for our Multinational Corporate customers
      - Generating revenues for Vodafone off-footprint by sharing in the financial upsides created across the Partner community
      - Utilising the partnership’s combined scale to improve our buying power and influence the industry agenda.
      We achieve this by:
      - Understanding deeply our Partners’ business through active engagement at top management level
      - Leveraging Vodafone’s best innovation, thought leadership and scale through close interaction with our global experts in OpCo’s and Group
      - Collaborating very closely with our VF Business & VPC lines of business to maximise value for Vodafone in our overall relationship with partners
      - Being entrepreneurial, optimistic, and ambitious, aiming at growing our Partners’ business in a sustainable way.
      The purpose of the role is twofold. As a Partner Markets Business Product Manager, your role is to drive engagement with our Partners’ B2B Product community and deliver initiatives across our existing Partner Markets footprint and beyond, enhancing their overall product and propositions portfolio, helping them build a strategic roadmap ultimately improving their performance across all segments and products.

      As a Business Engagement Manager, your role is to identify, scope and deliver transformative and high impact programmes with Partners (new and existing) across all B2B segments that enhance their overall base performance and accelerating their B2B business growth as a result.

      It ensures that we successfully deliver value to Partners from our engagements based on Vodafone’s unique value propositions: the knowledge and experience of Partner Markets, Group.

      With us you will...
      Product delivery
      - Leverage the Vodafone Partner Markets Products & Services portfolio to open doors to driving new initiatives and different conversations with partners and new prospects that can create new revenue streams
      - Look for opportunities to enhance the Partner Markets business product portfolio as new technologies arise where Vodafone can demonstrate market leadership & innovation that Partners can benefit from
      - Grow the VF Partner Markets Business Products & Services portfolio as well as delivery of on-going support to ensure penetration of these offerings within the target markets (new footprint and existing partners)
      - Engage with our local Vodafone markets and Group to access the latest B2B products & services best practice and roadmaps
      - Increase engagement of the stakeholders within the partner markets through delivery of webinars and events focused on B2B products and services
      - Support the renewal and extension of existing partnerships

      Programme delivery
      Delivering high impact transformation programmes in B2B across all customer segments and portfolio areas with significant EBITDA and NPS / PMDI impact.
      - Proactively identify, define and take to market new B2B programs, projects & initiatives for Partners (new and existing)
      - Drive incremental revenue and margin for Partners and for Vodafone, by implementing relevant programmes/ projects to enhance their business performance
      - Negotiate programme and project scope, statements of work and value measurement KPIs with Partners
      - Secure direct, indirect and 3rd party resources for individual delivery activities
      - Deliver complex programmes and projects to time, cost, EBITDA impact and Partner satisfaction
      - Ensure the engagements are incepted and executed through the partner market framework

      It would be nice if you have...
      - A broad understanding of Telco products: Core Connectivity, Cloud, Security , IoT & Big Data
      - Competent in product and proposition development process
      - Ideally Agile certified to Scrum Master level or able to demonstrate agile competency
      - Strong Vendor management capabilities and problem-solving skills
      - Experience with senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships
      - Ability to deliver complex, high impact engagements in a multi-stakeholder environment, demonstrable in market operational experience (VF OpCo)
      - A highly motivated individual with a focus on delivering a great customer experience
      - Ideally some International experience across different cultures
      - Strong communicator and story-teller
