      Greenway Health is seeking a Product Architect who is a self-starter and passionate about solving challenging and complex problems. The candidate will work with both Product Management and Engineering/Development organization in designing and deploying application architecture solutions in a highly agile environment.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities

      • Develop, analyze, and continuously improve product architecture by working with product management, development, and DevSecOPs teams within the product to modernize the Greenway product landscape.
      • Mentor and work directly hands on with groups/teams of high potential engineers
      • Lead the Technical goals of the Greenway Tampa Development Academy the new Engineering hires go through.
      • Perform “current state” analysis to determine the baseline of product performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
      • Develop a “target state,” perform gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, and develop a roadmap to resolve gaps.
      • Drive design, development, and deployment of product architecture based on strategic and market drivers.
      • Direct experience in defining the service and integration requirements and deploying the same to support cloud applications to-be-built with Micro Services Architecture (MSA)
      • · Practice service governance practice at the product level during the product architecture review process
      • · Plan long term technical roadmaps for net new Agentic platforms in the Cloud
      • · Support and monitor platform modernization initiatives from legacy systems to new solutions and recommend solutions to improve existing systems.
      • · Identify and document relationship patterns from different systems, working with enormous amounts of structured and unstructured information.
      • · Authentic and logical verbal communication establishes trust and builds influence within the organization.
      • · Demonstrate advanced hands-on proficiency in Software Engineering practices
      • · Accelerate the adoption of new data technologies by jump-starting and developing proofs-of-concept utilizing emerging technologies.

      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

      • Master’s preferred.

      • Minimum of one (1) year of professional hands-on experience as an Architect or Principal level Engineer

      Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

        • Experience working in full life cycle of architecture projects, i.e., discovery, design, development, and implementation.
        • · Advanced diagraming techniques including but not limited to C4 Diagrams, UML, BPMN, high-level conceptual presentation diagrams
        • · Experience or at least knowledge around prompt engineering and/or context engineering
        • · Usage of code generation tooling (Github co-pilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc)
        • · Awareness of agentic AI and standards (MCP, A2A, Knowledge bases)
        • · Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
        • · Direct experience working with AWS technologies (namely Bedrock, also Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM, Cognito, Aurora, and Dynamo), REST APi, and Kafka/Streaming is preferable.
        • · Direct experience with development in (.Net C#, Python, javascript, typescript)
        • · A good understanding of product and product-data security skills
        • · Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
        • · CI/CD Tools viz. Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Nuget, Git/Gerrit
        • · Experience in Agile methodology and relational database design principles
        • · Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
        • · Familiarity with The Clean Architecture and 12 Factor App concepts
        • · Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare IT Industry preferred
        • · Experience with patient-facing applications and systems and protecting information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is strongly preferred.
        • · Design Thinking and the ability to establish and practice empathy are preferred.
        • · Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • · Strong desire to learn
        • · Able to manage a variety of tasks concurrently

      Work Environment/Physical Demands

      • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
      • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
      • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
      • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
