      Product Assortment Specialist Intimate Hygiene (d/f/m)

      For our Business Unit Consumer Goods we are looking for a Product Assortment Specialist Intimate Hygiene (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible in Region Central & East.

      In this position you are responsible for all questions related to product and pack to manage and/or deliver product changes, product improvement programs and assortment optimization activities within the frame of mandatory parameters and in close collaboration with the global Product Assortment Organization.

      Optional, there is the possibility to fill the position on a part-time basis.

      Your role

      • Interface to regional and local marketing, GBIS Product Assortment Managers, Supply Chain (factories), Demand Planning

      • Coordinate and implement commercial innovations, product launches /re-launches based on local requirements and provide technical support to the markets

      • Drive assortment optimization and de-complexity based on business requirements and objectives across multiple countries

      • Ensure input and alignment from stakeholders in marketing and sales.

      • Securing compliance with regional internal and external requirements like Product Safety, Labelling & Claims, Legal compliance and global brand framework

      • Regional representative in Global Product Group Network meetings

      You Identify Yourself With

      • University degree

      • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Initiative Management

      • Profound skills in effective project, product and/or assortment management

      • Knowledge of the Champ system is a plus

      • Fluent spoken and written English

      • Excellent communication skills in an international environment with ability to facilitate complex discussions with conflicting interests and willingness to travel
