      Job Summary

      Join NetApp as a Product Configuration Manager (PCM), CPQ Configuration Specialist, and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Business and IT teams.

      We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong understanding of SDLC Agile principles and the ability to work effectively to standardize and simplify our products and processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end implementation of CPQ global design, while providing mentorship and guidance to internal, cross-functional, and external stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead the creation, evolution, and execution of NetApp's product introduction and enhancement process.
      • Design and develop solutions, including architecture, roadmaps, and prototypes for CPQ projects and New Product Introduction.
      • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and offerings, improving efficiency and streamlining operations.
      • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and scalability.
      • Act as a liaison between technical, functional, business function, integration teams to drive CPQ solution design and implementation.
      • Provide mentorship and supervision to developers and stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with solution operations team(s) to ensure successful implementations.
      • Align with enterprise-wide Agile teams and adhere to SDLC Agile principles.

      Job Requirements

      • Possess deep knowledge of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Quote to Invoicing processes.
      • Familiarity with leading CPQ and billing systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, etc. Experience with Oracle Cloud CPQ is a plus.
      • Experience conducting architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
      • Experience and knowledge with SDLC Agile principles.

      Education

      • Typically requires 8 years of relevant experience.
      • Bachelor’s degree in arts or science (or equivalent experience).

      The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is [$168,750] - [$206,250}. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
