      We are seeking a highly motivated Product Configuration Manager to join our team in Munich, Dahlewitz, or Cottbus. As a Product Configuration Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our cutting-edge technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for managing product configurations throughout the product lifecycle, including defining, tracking, and reporting on configuration items, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and managing change requests.       Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location.       What you will be doing

      With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

      • plan, control and monitor the the configuration management activities within the programme/project,
      • maintain the product/system configuration,
      • drive the Configuration Management requirements derived from ISO 10007 / CM2,
      • write, implement, and maintain of the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and derived documents,
      • be responsible for the fulfilment of the objectives and the control of the execution of the activities defined in the CMP,
      • fulfil the role of the Change Control Board Lead for the change management process in a programme/project,
      • perform CM audits in acc. to ISO 10007,
      • work in close collaboration with project management, development team, customers and suppliers.

      To be successful in this role you will need to:

      • have university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, natural sciences or an equivalent technical university degree,
      • have several years of professional experience in the area of configuration management,
      • be experienced in the development as part of a Design Organisation,
      • have strong understanding of the use of configuration software i.e. GitLab, Teamcenter, Polarion,
      • have profound knowledge in ISO 10007 / CM2,
      • have ideally general experience in the field of electric and hybrid-electric propulsion technology,
      • be excited to go new ways and to work in a team on innovative and disruptive solutions,
      • have business fluent English skills (German skills desirable).
