Own, develop, and maintain EBI Event activities for program infrastructure including formal procedures relating to virtual seminars and onsite events, and program communications
Responsible for scheduling, maintain and communicating partner event Calendar in fast-paced and goal driven environment
Maintain and frequently review the EBI Event Guide and other supporting materials leveraged by EBI RMs for program management
Manage asset release supporting monthly EBI Corporate Client launches on time
Evaluate and complete Event ad hoc requests within Client’s expected timeline and deliver flawlessly
Requires regular interaction with EBI partners and other lines of business including RPWS, ERS, Business Controls, etc. Further collaboration with business partners to drive operational improvements.
Participates in routines to gather EBI feedback to improve Event activities/collateral and recommend simplifications.
Deliver weekly EBI Marketing performance and trends to EBI Leadership via health check reporting
Resolves broad marketing operational issues and coordinates activities and processes across lines of business and operations segments
Oversight to Marketing Inventory, where and when it’s used and stored in compliance with procedures
Performs all functions, represents marketing/event processes on multiple department-wide projects and continually utilizes independent judgment
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with SharePoint – Intake
Managing high volume of Events
Ability to quickly understand existing processes
Excellent change management skills with a focus on clear requirements documentation and associate readiness
Autonomous with strong attention to detail and accuracy

The Event Specialist is responsible for fulfilling Virtual Webinars and Onsite Events at Employee Banking and Investment (EBI) partner locations. The Virtual and Onsite Events support EBI’s client centric Financial Wellness program, marketing, and account opening. The requests support EBI Corporate Clients via fast-paced queue and strict deadlines driven by partner’s timeline and desire to connect with partners soon after launch. The associate will work aside the EBI Event teammates, Process Owners prioritizing requests, working with local Market Leaders, Financial Center Managers and Financial Wellness Specialists to staff. Key responsibilities include partnering with Financial Centers in proximity of EBI Corporate Clients, coordinating staffing and assign financial wellness specialist to webinars. The work is completed in a fast-paced environment with thoughtfulness, drive, collaboration, and a focus on flawless execution .
