Our client is a well-known private Ivy League research University and Education Leader and they are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join their growing team on a 3-6 month contract, with opportunity for extension. The Product Data Analyst will be brought on to support the IT development projects or operations by performing system configuration, development of technical documentation, and presentation materials. You will engage in user outreach, issues management, research, peer and best practices benchmarking, user provisioning, and end user training. You will also provide Tier One and Tier Two production support, including customer communication, troubleshooting, researching and recommending resolution options, following standard procedures and processes according to established service levels. This role also requires interviewing key stakeholders and end users to analyze business processes and system's needs. Lastly, you will captures use cases, user stories and conceptual process models and meet with customers to field direct requests, discuss requirements and collaborate on solution design including business process and policy related matters where applicable. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  
  
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
  
  
• Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user stories based on data-driven findings. E.g. The purpose of this is to assist the product manager with providing data for features in Generative AI products we are building and deploying.
  
  
• Value and Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs) to measure the success of AI Product performance.
  
  
• Dashboards: Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in AWS QuickSight or Tableau to present general data findings as well as creating systems to track AI product model performance.
  
  
• A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and business strategies.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with AI engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.
