Job Description
- Req#: R42091
- Responsible for on-time and aligned availability of Product Data across various systems,
- Continuously reporting, guarding deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on-time data completeness and accuracy,
- Managing erroneous and inefficient Product Data, reporting or process flows,
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Merchandising, Product Development and various Central teams to ensure Product Data set-up across all tools and reports reflects correct, complete and aligned.
- Contributing to the team’s growth and development through assistance in onboarding and pro-active sharing of operational knowledge & best practices so to participate in a team effort to raise working efficiency.
- Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (V-look up, index matching, pivot table. VBA is advantageous).
- High level of accuracy, problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure with deadlines.
- Structured and pro-active working approach.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and who can work independently.
- Working experience with Centric PLM and SAP FMS or comparable systems and tools are a plus.

The Team
Merchandising Operations is responsible for sample inbound and the style master data availability across systems. The team is part of a bigger Buying, Planning and Operations team that operates in a fast-moving environment.
This team collaborates closely with the merchandising teams, product development, central supply teams, sample warehouse and process development teams.
The Position
As a Product Data Coordinator you will be part of the Merchandising Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time Product Data availability for sell-in and providing ad hoc reporting and analysis for various stakeholders. Excel, Centric PLM & SAP are amongst the tools and systems you will be working with.
