- Req#: R-01324241
- Act as subject matter expert for over 100 processes and work instructions, ensuring flawless process adherence across departments.
- Support Master Data Management initiatives, including data cleansing, global governance adoption, and process definition.
- Align with Portfolio Management categories to provide expertise in data processing related to specific business categories.
- Accurately implement changes to product data attributes in the ERP system, ensuring all approvals and business rules are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with suppliers, Regulatory and Portfolio Management to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new item additions.
- Support the Annual Supplier Pricing project by reviewing data, completing workflow processes, and processing off-cycle pricing changes.
- Manage the new item entry process, collaborating with Portfolio Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Plan, develop and implement solutions to ensure data quality, minimizing disruption to downstream systems.
- Frequently analyze product data to measure integrity and develop proactive cleansing projects.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers regarding requests, issue resolution, and data integrity.
- Adhere to detailed governance and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate product data changes.
- Proven experience in data management and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly follow established business rules.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems and data processing.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
