      Amadeus is a leading provider of IT solutions for the global travel industry. We are growing our Dallas teams, part of our North American R&D group for Airlines.

      We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and talented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. Are you passionate about travel? In our teams, you will get the opportunity to impact the experience of a billion travelers every single year (and growing).

      This job position covers a key area of our Altéa product for airlines: the Order Management.

      More specifically, on top of all the features the ticketing brings to our customers, you will be working and supporting our clients on our product that aims at delivering in real time critical data on any updates done on a tickets.

      Part of a global team, you will be working to provide innovative and resilient ticketing flows to hundreds of airlines and billion of airline passengers each year.

      You will be a the heart of exciting projects aiming at distributing airlines and travel agencies data (flights, services…) via various models and protocols.

      You will be part of a cross functional team located Dallas and covering a broad spectrum of the Amadeus Altéa product. The team has close interactions with major North American carriers that help build a strong and collaborative relationship. Within Amadeus, the team works closely with teams across multiple continents in a fast paced international and diverse environment.

      As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be in charge of understanding the business needs of our customers, and design the application that will answer those requirements. This includes writing specifications of the application as well as writing and executing test plans to ensure conformity with specifications and quality of the delivered solution.

      You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment and have frequent interactions with other colleagues and teams in other Amadeus R&D sites such as Nice (France) and Bangalore (India).

      In this role you'll:

      • Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management or Customers
      • Elaborate functional specifications
      • Deliver test plans and test scenarios
      • Test the development to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and grant functional sign off
      • Ensure production integrity by validating and prioritizing reported problems.
      • Interface and communicate with Product Management
      • Interface with customer and Amadeus experts during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary.
      • Prior programming experience is a plus
      • Troubleshoot and investigate defects raised by our customers to ensure compliance of our products to the specifications and system integrity
      • Show creativity and autonomy in finding solutions to nontrivial problems

      About the Ideal Candidate:

      • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field or relevant
      • 3 years of Business Analysis with a bachelor’s degree.
      • 1 years of experience with master’s degree.
      • Open-minded, should be able to adapt to working in a multi-cultural team atmosphere
      • Flexible to adapt to changing project needs driven by the customers
      • Ability to think out of the box, create innovative solutions, develop tools to enhance productivity
      • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in Dallas office, 2 days remote)
