Job Description

- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the end-to-end delivery of products and services
- Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service
- Act as a key liaison between customers, warehouse teams and internal departments to resolve delivery related issues
- Support the implementation of process improvements to boost delivery efficiency
- Communicate delivery updates and resolutions to customers in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and issue accurate weekly billing requests based on deliveries, contracts and service agreements
- Maintain and manage customer billing schedules to ensure timely invoicing
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and customers
- Organise and maintain departmental SharePoint folders and documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to internal teams
- Build strong working relationships across departments to resolve operational challenges
- Monitor and manage shared team inboxes
- Oversee procurement and invoicing tasks within the department
- Perform general administrative duties to support the wider team
- Proven experience in administrative or operational support roles
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Professional, proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a fast paced office environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.
- No unspent criminal convictions.
- Due to manufacturing guidelines on equipment and site safety critical health and safety requirements, we have strict weight and medical requirements that need to be met and maintained. For our safety critical roles health and medical and fitness checks are performed. Requirements include, but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure and hearing.
- We may close our roles early, depending on the number of applications received.

The Commercial team are looking for a Product Delivery Administrator to join us at our site in Stanford Le Hope on a 12 month FTC.

Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 5.30pm)
