- Design product experiences based on business and user needs using Figma
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct user interviews, research, and analysis
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing
- Support the evolution of design processes and best practices
- Synthesize feedback from stakeholders and testing data to improve product design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clear understanding of usability techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of animation tools
- Up-to-date on interaction design and motion design trends
- Data-driven and curious about customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of fintech, travel, and super app products and design trends
