What we're looking for

• You will be the sole full-time product designer on the team
• Experienced at talking to users and willing to constantly do so without encouragement
• Willing to explore product ideas through design and animation before executing on them
• Willing to throw away ideas if they're not great
• Excited to collaborate with everyone on the team: product management, engineers, marketing, etc—you believe inspiration can come from anywhere
• You have good judgment of when to ship: perfect is the enemy of good

Skills & Experience

• Have 4+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Familiar with tools like Figma and working with engineers and PMs

What you’ll do

• Understand our users and the market through UX research, market research, and usability studies across multiple user personas
• Design our suite of products end to end (from wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, to high-fidelity designs)
• Iterate and maintain a unified experience across multiple product lines and multiple stakeholders.
• Evolve brand elements as organization matures and grows
