- From concept through execution, work closely with user researchers, product owners, and engineers to create impactful designs.
- Proactively participate in user research and leverage findings to inform and justify design decisions, ensuring that solutions are deeply rooted in customer needs and insights.
- Use compelling narratives and data to present your designs, clearly articulating how your work addresses user needs and business objectives.
- Work alongside your product team to refine ideas through rigorous testing and feedback.
- Produce designs that not only solve usability issues but also delight users visually and interactively.
- Contribute to technical discussions to ensure designs are feasible and implemented seamlessly.
- Be proactive at sharing your work and engaging with the wider design team.
- 3+ years of UX+UI design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates not just final outcomes but a thoughtful, effective design process.
- Good knowledge of information architecture, user experience and interaction design best practices.
- Some experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and a track record of integrating insights into successful designs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of advocating for your ideas and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in Figma.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and responsive to feedback.

Join us as a Product Designer and take a leading role in shaping the customer experience for our digital B2B products. You will be tasked with translating complex data and user insights into intuitive, effective designs that elevate our product and enhance the customer journey. We value designers who can think critically about design norms, challenge conventional frameworks, and effectively integrate research into their creative process.

We're looking for a mid-level designer with an agile mindset and a robust understanding of the non-linear nature of design work, capable of thinking beyond traditional frameworks, and collaborate with various people, cultures, and stakeholder level. You should be adaptable, ready to explore new ideas, and committed to crafting solutions that are both innovative and grounded in real user needs.
